Bed linen and kitchen linen are included in the rental price. You are required to bring your own bath linen (such as bath towels and washcloths). The total rental amount, including tourist tax of €2.42 per person per night, must be paid as follows: - 40% of the total rental amount is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation - 60% of the total rental amount no later than 30 days (4 weeks) before arrival Your reservation is final once we have received the deposit. For last-minute reservations (less than 30 days before arrival), we kindly ask you to pay the full amount upon receipt of the booking confirmation. After your departure, we will inspect the accommodation. If everything has been left in good condition, the deposit will be refunded to the bank account you provided as soon as possible. In case of cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged. In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the rental price will be charged. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
