Duinvilla Wellness 4 is a new, detached luxury villa on the beautiful island of Texel. Upon entering the house, you arrive in a spacious entrance hall with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with an open-plan kitchen. The sand-colored kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances such as an induction hob, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, oven, and built-in refrigerator with freezer compartment. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom. A staircase in the hallway leads to the first floor with one further bedroom and a bathroom. The bathrooms are stylishly furnished, and the upstairs bathroom features a semi-freestanding bathtub. Another highlight is the infrared sauna and the luxuriously landscaped garden. Here you will find a pergola and a whirlpool heated by a heat pump, as well as a luxurious outdoor kitchen. One parking space is also available directly at the house. If the outside temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius, the hot tub will take longer to heat up. This villa comes standard with several children's items, making it particularly comfortable for families with young children. These include a high chair and children's tableware, a playpen, and a cot and changing facilities in the third bedroom. (Arriving without children? No problem! These items are stored separately, so you won't be bothered by them!)
