The junior suite was impressive with its spaciousness and beautiful ceiling decorations. The bathroom was clean and the room itself was lovely. Overall, a delightful stay.

From the outside, the castle makes an impression, but everything that followed was not recommendable. The service was unbearable. We spent at least 45 minutes at the reception to check in, due to an error in the system also through this Belvilla site. A lot of time was taken, and it did little for our customer satisfaction. By chance, our rooms were still available, but we first received the wrong room. An endless back and forth. After that, it was unclear whether the room was already prepared. Another 30 minutes to rearrange the room, and in the end, not everything was finished. The service was bottom drawer. The rooms were okay, but not really clean...
