Situated in the southern part of central Istria, the medieval town of Svetivinčenat is one of Istria's gems, where tourism has been revitalized in recent years, particularly through various events held in the town's exceptionally attractive historical locations. During the summer months, the Istraetnojazz Festival takes place in the medieval Morisin-Grimani family castle, and the nearby town square and surrounding area have hosted the traditional Festival of Dance and Nonverbal Theatre. This charming Villa Fierra is suitable for 3-4 families or a group of friends (up to 14 people) who wish to stay in a villa with a pool and prefer to walk into town to visit its restaurants and cafes.
