Description
We offer you a renovated townhouse in the center of Conil, located a bit away from bars and restaurants, as a cozy holiday accommodation.
On the ground floor, you can comfortably store your wardrobe, shoes, and beach items. On the first floor, there is the spacious, bright kitchen, equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, a dining table for six people, and the guest WC.
From the hallway on the second floor, you access the three bedrooms and the living room – all with air conditioning! - as well as the bathroom with window.
All rooms are tastefully and high-quality furnished. In the attic you will find the washing machine and access to the large private roof terrace with outdoor shower. Here you have a spectacular view of the beaches as well as over the rooftops of the village.
Attention: No rental to groups (e.g. pupils, students, bachelor parties)!
In the winter months from December to March, the tenant pays the electricity costs at cost price.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located near the old listed fishing district in a traffic-calmed one-way street. The center and
the Calle Cádiz with the many bars, pubs and restaurants, as well as smaller shops where we buy things for daily needs, are within walking distance of the house. But even better is that you can also reach the beach in just 3-5 minutes walk!
However, there are no parking spaces in the c/Baluarte!

Beautiful holiday home in Conil
The holiday home is certainly the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, right at the entrance to the old town with numerous bars and restaurants. The furnishings of the house are first-class (washing machine: Miele, kitchen appliances: AEG, air conditioning units: LG, etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped and all rooms are well air-conditioned. A special highlight of the accommodation is the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the Atlantic. In 7-8 minutes on foot, you reach the vast beautiful beach of Conil. The support from the landlord, Mr. Picker, was first-class; he almost always responded by email on the same day and even sent a list of good restaurants and the most important shops in advance. Overall, one can speak of a very good price-performance ratio. This accommodation can really be recommended without reservation. We will certainly come back.
