Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located a little outside the center of Conil in a quiet side street. The center, with its many bars, pubs, and restaurants, as well as small shops where we can buy everyday necessities, is within walking distance of the house. But even better is that you can also reach the beach in just 6-8 minutes!
Spend your vacation in our attractive townhouse, with a light-flooded living room, American... Kitchen, guest WC as well as 2.5 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. From the private roof terrace you have a beautiful sea and panoramic view over Conil. Especially in summer, when parking space is scarce, you will greatly appreciate the garage in the house. We offer fast internet via fiber optic cable.
Attention: no rental to groups (e.g. pupils, students, bachelor/bachelorette parties)!

If you want to explore the area, we suggest half-day trips to Vejer de la Frontera, the Roman settlement Baelo Claudia, a short trip to Cádiz, one of the oldest cities in Europe, or whale watching tours from Tarifa.
Day trips to Gibraltar, the British enclave, Seville, Ronda, or by fast ferry to Tangier (Morocco) are also possible destinations.
Windsurfing and kitesurfing, cycling, horseback riding, various golf courses, and a climbing park at the entrance to Urb. Roche ensure there is never a dull moment.

Vacaciones y estancia perfecta, totalmente recomendable
Conocemos Conil desde hace muchos años y temíamos que por la ubicación iba a ser muy ruidoso, pero todo lo contrario.
El edificio está ubicado en una pequeña y tranquila plaza con mucho encanto. Cerca del centro y de la playa.
El piso de 2 plantas mas la terraza en la azotea, es como aparece en las fotos.
Reformado, en perfecto estado y limpio, con el equipamiento y las comodidades indicadas en el anuncio.
Por ponerle alguna pega, incomodas las almohadas (de pluma) y las escaleras.
La terraza al estar en la azotea, hacía más engorroso el poder disfrutarla a la hora de las comidas.
Pero hay que ver la parte positiva, esas escaleras ha fomentado el ejercicio físico!!
En relación calidad-precio, teniendo en cuenta que los alquileres se han disparado de precio, este piso no está mal.
Y por último, y no por ello menos importante, el trato y la comunicación con el propietario, ha sido muy buena. Serios y comprometidos, siempre atentos.
