Welcome to the holiday apartment “Small Vienna” – your spacious home away from home in the heart of Vienna, just a few steps from Stephansplatz.

The approximately 100 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, couples, groups of friends, and business travelers. It features two separate bedrooms, a large living room with sleeping option, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, as well as free Wi-Fi. The apartment is air-conditioned and combines a central location with plenty of space, comfort, and a personal living atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a short or longer stay: cooking facilities, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Bed linen and towels are included. For longer stays, a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer are available. A high chair and travel cot for children can be provided upon request.

The accommodation is a non-smoking apartment. It is rented out as an entire private apartment and not by the room. Due to the generous layout, it is especially comfortable for guests who want to stay in the center of Vienna but still seek more space and privacy than in a hotel room. I hand over the key personally if possible, briefly explain the apartment, and am happy to give tips for restaurants, cafés, sights, and special places in Vienna.

The holiday apartment is located in the historic center of Vienna, in the immediate vicinity of Stephansplatz and St. Stephen's Cathedral. Many of the city's most important sights are within easy walking distance: Graben, Kärntner Straße, Hofburg, Spanish Riding School, State Opera, Albertina, City Park, and Danube Canal are only a few minutes away.

The location is also ideal for culinary experiences: In the surrounding area you will find numerous cafés, restaurants, bakeries, bars, supermarkets, and shopping opportunities. Whether classic Viennese coffee house, fine dining, quick snacks or international restaurants – many are located within walking distance.

Public transport connections are excellent. Subway, bus and tram are quickly accessible, making Schönbrunn Palace, Prater, Belvedere, main train station and airport conveniently connected. The location is therefore suitable for culture travelers and families as well as for business travelers who wish to stay centrally. Despite the very central location, the apartment offers a comfortable retreat after a day in the city.
