Stylish and well-equipped holiday home with a spacious rooftop terrace offering stunning 360-degree views of the forest and the sea. The holiday home features a bright and spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen on the first floor. From the living room, you can enjoy sea views through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, and there is direct access to a terrace with a barbecue. A staircase leads from here to the generous rooftop terrace, where a seating area beneath a sunshade invites you to spend long, relaxing days while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding forest and water. The ground floor offers three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and wardrobes, while the third has a practical sofa bed. The house is ideal for families and couples looking for a comfortable stay close to the sea and the archipelago. Pets are welcome. Just 300 metres from the house, you can rent a boat to explore the fjord on your own or enjoy a day of fishing. If you prefer not to operate a boat yourself, you can take a water taxi or travel on the Øysang Ferry, Norway's oldest wooden ferry still in regular service, operating between Øysang and Risør. In the charming coastal town of Risør, you can discover its distinctive white wooden houses, welcoming restaurants, the saltwater aquarium, and a variety of seasonal events, including the Wooden Boat Festival. Within walking distance of the house, you will find several small sandy beaches by both the lake and the sea. The holiday home area also offers tennis courts, a volleyball court, a multi-purpose ball court, and a playground, making it an excellent destination for both families and active holidaymakers. Nearby, Jegertunet Holiday Centre features a heated outdoor swimming pool (open during the summer season), a restaurant, a kiosk, and an interior design shop. The surrounding area also offers excellent opportunities for boating, swimming, fishing, and scenic walks through the forest. Stabbestad is approximately 20 km away and offers a spa hotel, golf course, mini golf, beach club, harbour pool, and kayak rental. Day trips to Kragerø to the north or the book town of Tvedestrand to the south are also recommended. Families with children may enjoy a visit to Den Lille Dyrehage at Brokelandsheia, home to Norway's largest indoor rainforest, located just 20 km from the holiday home. A wonderful holiday home for a relaxing getaway, with the archipelago, activities, and memorable experiences along Southern Norway's coastline all within easy reach.
