Great holiday home from 2022 with roof terrace and view. Here you can enjoy breakfast with honey from a nearby farm shop and cozy up in the large living room with open kitchen on the first floor. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Only 250 meters from the coast. Not far from the cabin, there is an opportunity to rent a boat and explore the fjord on your own or have exciting fishing trips. In the cottage area, there are tennis courts, bowling alley, volleyball court and a nice playground. If you don't drive a boat yourself, you can use a taxi boat or take a trip with Øysangferja, Norway's oldest wooden boat ferry, which runs between Øysang and Risør. Experience Risør's characteristic white wooden houses, saltwater aquarium, and restaurants, and take part in one of the many events and festivals, such as the wooden boat festival in August. Within walking distance there are fine, small sandy beaches both on the lake and the sea. At Jegertunet holiday center in the neighborhood there is a heated outdoor swimming pool open in summer, restaurant, kiosk, and an interior design shop.
