This beautiful villa combines comfort and luxury. In 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, this temporary home offers enough space for 8 people. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome here.
The entrance area leads into a generously designed living room as well as the dining and kitchen area; the floor plan is open. There is nothing standing in the way of a cozy get-together.
The large glass sliding doors offer a great view both towards the pool and our olive trees at the back of the building.
The entire property is fenced.
Relax by the pool, enjoy your time on the covered terrace during a sociable barbecue evening, and forget about everyday life.
Arrival and departure are flexible and possible during the week as well, depending on availability.

Smoljanci is a small, quiet Istrian village in the municipality of Svetvinčenat in the heart of Istria. The place is surrounded by a typically Mediterranean landscape with vineyards, fields, and lots of greenery and is especially suitable for guests seeking peace and relaxation away from the larger tourist resorts.
