Welcome to the holiday apartment "Infinity" in Marina Wendtorf – a place where the Baltic Sea, the marina, and the Bottsand Nature Reserve come together to create an unforgettable coastal setting. This barrier-reduced ground-floor apartment accommodates up to four guests and combines modern comfort with a maritime atmosphere, just a short walk from the beach and the harbor.

As you enter the apartment, you are welcomed by a bright and spacious living area with large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the marina and the nearby nature reserve. The generous terrace, complete with outdoor furniture , is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.

The open-plan living and dining area has been designed to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. On cooler days, a modern bioethanol fireplace adds extra comfort and coziness. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV, a sound system, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi with up to 300 Mbit/s, making the apartment equally suitable for remote working with a sea view.

The fully equipped modern kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, as well as a full range of cookware, dishes, and cutlery. A starter supply of dishwasher tablets and dishwashing essentials is also provided.

Designed with accessibility and convenience in mind, the apartment's ground-floor location and largely step-free layout make it especially suitable for guests with limited mobility. The contemporary bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin with storage space, mirror, and hairdryer. Additional amenities include a clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, and other practical household items. A public laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available on-site for an additional fee.

The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 100 metres away and can easily be reached on foot. Several restaurants and leisure facilities are located nearby. Enjoy regional cuisine at the restaurant **"Ahoi"**, relax at the **"Tatort Hawaii"** beach club, or spend an enjoyable evening at **"Gut Salzig"**. Guests may also use the wellness area of the neighboring hotel for an additional charge. Bicycle rentals and the ferry service from nearby Laboe provide excellent opportunities to explore the beautiful coastline.

Good to Know

The apartment was built in 2015 and extensively renovated in 2022. It is ideal for two guests but can comfortably accommodate up to four people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Curtains on all windows provide privacy and allow for effective room darkening.

The apartment is allergy-friendly and particularly suitable for families with children or babies. Its spacious layout and barrier-reduced design make it an excellent choice for guests looking for comfort and easy accessibility.

A private parking space is available directly outside the building. Shops are approximately 700 metres away, while restaurants can be reached within about 50 metres. Public transportation is available around 600 metres from the apartment, and the city of Kiel is only about 20 kilometres away.
