The pool area features a tiled outdoor shower and two furnished terraces (one with sun loungers and one with seating). There is also a patio in front of the house.

The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds).

Living/dining room with a corner sofa, satellite TV, dining table, refrigerator, and CD radio. Air conditioning, kitchen with gas stove, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Toilet and separate shower.
