It is fully equipped: a comfortable living area with TV, games, DVDs, and CDs; a kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven; and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The furnished balcony is perfect for relaxing. Folding chairs and a parasol are provided for the beach. Bicycle racks and a private parking space are available on the property.
