Welcome to the holiday home Quartier Böchingen – your retreat for a relaxing getaway for two in the heart of the Southern Palatinate. The 80 m² house offers you a comfortable bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom, so you can feel completely at ease. In the spacious living/dining area, you can unwind on the sofa with a good film on TV. The open, cozy kitchen is equipped with an oven with ceramic hob, retro refrigerator with small... Equipped with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, plenty of dishes and coffee machine – perfect for a cozy breakfast or a shared dinner.
Fresh bed linen and towels are of course at your disposal.
Practical amenities such as washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer ensure that you don't have to do without anything during your stay. The holiday home is exclusively suitable for non-smokers and offers you a well-kept, pleasant living atmosphere.
Your furry friends are allowed to romp around in the 500m² garden. Animal lovers have the opportunity to visit our animal sanctuary, the Eselpferdehof Südpfalz.

The holiday home is completely enclosed for you alone by its courtyard gate, with courtyard and garden. Your car and bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard. The garden is fully fenced all around, so your furry friends can run around happily.
The small winegrowing village has its own charm with its "Little Venice", a hiking trail that begins behind the holiday home. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home there is a bus stop, a bakery with a post office, a wine tavern, and several winegrowers. In the neighboring village, which can be reached on foot, there is also a rustic Palatinate restaurant. Landau is 5 km away, as is the connection to the A65 and B10. In Landau there are hospitals, doctors' offices, numerous supermarkets, gas stations, hardware stores, etc. The Wine Route is 2 km away, behind it the Palatinate Forest/North Vosges Biosphere Reserve begins with endless hiking opportunities. You have a magnificent view of the entire Rhine plain from the edge of the Haardt.
Day trips can be made to the Dahner Felsenland, the cities of Speyer and Neustadt/Weinstrasse, as well as to the nearby Alsace.

Böchingen offers some nice circular hiking trails and the very nearby Palatinate Forest, wine country, and also the rock country as well as many forest paths to castles and huts offer lots of nature and relaxation on hikes. You will also get your money’s worth culinarily in the Palatinate. Whoever at least If you book 1 week, you get a free tour of our own animal sanctuary, the Eselpferdehof Südpfalz. Peace, relaxation, nature, hiking, and an animal-friendly atmosphere await you here! 1-3 dogs free of charge, more upon request, 3rd person possible on sofa bed in the living room.
