This spacious house offers 377 m² of living space for up to 10 guests and guarantees comfort and privacy with five bedrooms and five modern bathrooms. Enjoy sunny hours on the terrace with a wonderful view of the sea or relax in the swimming pool and whirlpool. On cooler evenings, the stylish fireplace in the living area provides a cozy atmosphere. A sauna and a fitness room are available for your relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and all utensils invites you to enjoy cooking together. Bed linen is of course provided, as well as TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, and iron. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in all rooms.

Parking is available both in the garage and on the property. The house is suitable exclusively for non-smokers.
