The 55m² holiday apartment on the 3rd floor offers space for 1 - 4 people. The apartment includes a parking space.

The apartment is divided as follows:

- Living/dining room with dining table, a sofa area including a full-size sleeping option with a mattress and slatted frame (140x200cm), an armchair and side table, LCD TV
- Open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cooking utensils, cutlery, and much more. - Daylight bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet. Hairdryer, cosmetic bin, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and a bath mat are provided.
- Bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), bedside table with lamp, wardrobe

You can reach the holiday home by car as follows:

Follow the A4 motorway towards Aachen. Take exit 3, Aachen city center, and drive on the B57 towards Aachen city center/Würselen. Follow the B57 and after approx. 2 km turn right into Bahnhofstraße. After 250 m, turn left onto Kaiserstraße and then take the first street on the right. The holiday home is on the right side of the street, No. 28.

The bus stop "Parkhotel, Würselen" is about 500 m from the house on foot. Lines 21, 51 and WÜ1 stop here.

We are the Lamberts and Meyer families and have been offering holiday apartments since 2014. In 2017, we expanded our offer in the city center of Würselen. So you have the choice between a rural accommodation or a quiet accommodation right in the center of the city. Since sustainability and protecting the environment are very important to us, in 2024 we... 28 equipped with a photovoltaic system and all windows in the house fitted with electric shutters. The holiday home Birk 49 has been heated by the waste heat of a biogas plant since 2006.
