EuroParcs may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. The pedestrian friendly Kaatsheuvel Resort opened its doors at the end of 2019. It is a large park in development and is located on De Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park. The Efteling, one of Europe's most famous theme parks, is only 2 km away from the resort.
But the Efteling is not the only source of entertainment. Resort Kaatsheuvel offers the ultimate holiday feeling with its water, forest and sand experiences in a fairytale setting. There are various facilities for young and old. There is a beautiful indoor swimming pool (temporarily closed due to renovation work), a nice heated outdoor swimming pool with various water attractions and a separate toddler pool. There is also a mini golf course, various playgrounds, a snack bar, family restaurant and a good à la carte restaurant. Various activities and varied events are organised during the school holidays. The entertainment team is available for the younger children.
The area is perfect for beautiful day trips. For nature lovers, the nature reserve National Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen (also known as the Brabantse Sahara) is right around the corner. Here you can enjoy beautiful hiking and/or cycling and mountain bike tours. In addition to De Efteling, we can recommend De Beekse Bergen Safari Park in Hilvarenbeek (23 km), De Oliemeulen Zoo in Tilburg (12 km), Jump XL Trampoline Park in Waalwijk (2.5 km), De Smulhoeve in Kaatsheuvel (within walking distance of the resort) and Experience Island in Loon op Zand (7.5 km). Furthermore, the cities of Tilburg (15 km), Breda (33 km) and Den Bosch (27 km) are within easy reach. Each has its own character, but in all of them you can shop, enjoy culture or enjoy a snack and drink in one of the many restaurants or on the various terraces.
Because the resort is pedestrian friendly (you park your car in the central parking lot), there is little to no car traffic. Safe for your children.
In short; a great destination for a well-deserved holiday!
Resort Kaatsheuvel is still under construction. Everything will be done to minimise the inconvenience as much as possible.

This chalet was perfect for our group of friends, We loved the open kitchen and the fact that there was a dishwasher, It made our stay much more enjoyable!
