Vila Nicole is a spacious villa on three levels with five bedrooms, a private pool with jacuzzi, and a beautiful sea view — ideal for a family or friends’ vacation for up to 10 people in complete privacy.
The elevated ground floor is the heart of the villa: living room, large kitchen, and a winter terrace with an indoor fireplace. From here, you exit onto a large open terrace with a dining table and an unobstructed view of Banjole Bay — the perfect place for long summer dinners. On this level, there are also a garage and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony and a sea view. On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and SAT TV, as well as a game room with billiards, darts, and table football.
From the outdoor terrace, stairs lead to the garden with a large pool and jacuzzi, as well as a spacious sun deck with loungers. There is also an outdoor grill (charcoal or gas) and a wellness room with a sauna and shower. The yard is completely fenced and safe for children.

Villa Nicole is located on one of the highest viewpoints in the peaceful fishing village of Banjole, at the very south of the Istrian peninsula. Thanks to its elevated position, it offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the sea and the Banjole bay, as well as the surrounding untouched nature.
The nearest sea is only 800 meters away, and within a 2-kilometer radius there are numerous rocky and sandy beaches, hidden wild coves, and campsites. A small shop for everyday needs is located 500 meters away, the first restaurants and taverns with local fish are already at 550 meters, while a larger supermarket, gas station, bank, and ATM are about 1 km away.
The city of Pula with its famous Roman Arena is only a few kilometers away, and Pula Airport is about 15 km away. In the immediate vicinity there is also the Kamenjak nature park with crystal clear sea and lush Mediterranean vegetation. Villa Nicole thus represents the perfect starting point for exploring the whole of southern Istria, while at the same time a peaceful refuge for complete relaxation.
