Villa Mirjana is located in the peaceful fishing village of Banjole, at the very south of the Istrian peninsula, just a few kilometers from Pula. The location is extremely convenient — everything you need is in the immediate vicinity.
The first beaches and crystal-clear sea are only 500 meters away, or about a 13-minute pleasant walk. Within a 500-meter radius there are also excellent local seafood restaurants, cafes, and beach bars, while a shop, fish market, bank, ATM, and post office are just 50 meters from the property. The city of Pula, with its famous Roman Arena and rich history, is about 5 km away, and Pula Airport is only 11 km away. Nature lovers will especially appreciate the proximity of the Kamenjak Nature Park (~3 km) with its untouched coastline, hidden coves, and lush Mediterranean vegetation. Thanks to its location just 100 meters from the main road, Villa Mirjana is the perfect starting point for exploring the whole of southern Istria — from Medulin and Premantura to Pula and Rovinj — while at the same time being quiet and secluded enough for complete relaxation.
