The apartment consists of a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a small shower room, a separate toilet, and a bedroom. The living and dining area opens onto a generous terrace.

The apartment is designed for two people, but the sofa can easily be converted into a third bed (140x200cm). A travel cot and highchair are available upon request.

The apartment was recently extensively renovated.
