Seaview Villa EBS is a newly built, modern, and charming property that offers stunning views of the sea, islands, and mountains, complemented by a beautifully designed outdoor area, a perfect home away from home for up to 8 people. This fully air-conditioned villa features four spacious bedrooms, free WiFi, and a generous living area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary enthusiasts, while the charming outdoor dining area and lounge corner provide an inviting space for relaxation. The heated swimming pool is a standout feature, nestled in a quiet location on the slopes of Lokva Rogoznica, just 2.3 km from the beach (a car is needed due to narrow roads). Here, you can enjoy the serene sounds of crickets and birds, all while surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants.

With 226 sqm of usable interior space spread across three levels, this villa sits on a private 450 sqm plot. A car is highly recommended for convenience, and three parking spaces are available in front of the house (two covered and one open), all of which are secured by a video surveillance system for added peace of mind.

*OUTDOORS: The outdoor space features a private heated swimming pool measuring 5.5m x 3.3m, utilising salt electrolysis for a chlorine-free experience. The sun deck area is equipped with eight deck chairs and two sun umbrellas, along with an outdoor shower and a toilet located just a few steps below. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen island and all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, and a dining table for eight. The living room is furnished with a very comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with access to Netflix.
Bedroom No. 4 (13.5 sqm) is located on the ground floor and features a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), air conditioning, and a TV. A family bathroom with a shower is conveniently situated in front of the bedroom.

*FIRST FLOOR: The first floor includes a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and ironing amenities. Here are the bedroom details:
- Bedroom No. 1 (18 sqm): Features a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a TV, A/C, and panoramic sea and island views, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
