The holiday house Land in Sicht is individually and stylishly furnished and offers space for up to 15 people. The hall is equipped with billiards, table tennis, and darts. Behind the holiday house there is a terrace with an open view of fields and meadows. A play and sunbathing lawn is directly adjacent to the terrace.
The ground floor includes a large eat-in kitchen, living area, bathroom, and bedroom. On the upper floor, there are additional rooms as well as a small kitchen and a bathroom.
Outdoor area: terrace with seating, fire pit/grill, play and sunbathing lawn. Setting up tents is possible.

Here is the translation to English: - up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - up to 10 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - otherwise (later than 10 days before the start of the rental): 100% of the rental price. Nevertheless, the landlord will make an effort to rent the property to someone else. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing/by email. The relevant date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

The property can be very well used by bands, dance or theater groups. There is a hall for rehearsals (special equipment available), for celebrating parties, or for playing table tennis and billiards.
On Friday evening the club room (next to the holiday apartment, see floor plan) is open. Our guests are warmly invited.
