Charming house approx. 75 sq m - part of an old farm. Three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and large terrace with sea view. In the middle of nature, but still close to Stockholm. Quiet and peaceful.
Close to nature by the sea near Nynäshamn. Perfect for families or friends who want to experience the archipelago. Access to a rowing boat with a 10 hp engine. Wi-fi. Private pier with sand beach for children to play. Beautiful surroundings if you want to cruise with car. Famous small city Trosa , beautiful summer city with lots of restaurants and shops about an hour away. Stockholm, Mariefred , Tullgarn and Nynäs Castle about one hour away. Visit Landsort, the oldest lighthouse in Sweden and southern tip of Stockholm archipelago. Lots of Runestones. Sorunda and Ösmo churches, from the 12th century. Fantastic golf courses 20/30 minutes by car.
