The Bugenvilia accommodation in Mali Lošinj can host up to four guests and is located just 300 metres from the picturesque coastline with rocky, pebbly and concrete slab beaches. Enjoy your freedom without fixed mealtimes and use the barbecue to prepare local specialities. On the spacious 20 m² terrace you can relax and enjoy the view of the green area. The apartment is perfectly equipped and pets are also welcome by arrangement.

Location
The holiday apartment is located about one kilometre from the centre of Mali Lošinj, making it ideally situated for exploring the charming town with its numerous shopping and leisure options. The beach is only 300 metres away, so you can enjoy the sea at any time. The surroundings are characterised by nature, tranquillity, and a pleasant atmosphere without overcrowded tourist crowds.

Special
The accommodation is maintained and disinfected in accordance with local authority guidelines, with hand sanitiser and masks available. Staff regularly measure temperatures and wear protective equipment to ensure maximum safety. The safety guidelines of the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA) apply. A first-aid kit is available. Towels and bed linen are hygienically maintained, and cleaning services can be individually cancelled on request. The accommodation features partial heating, satellite TV, as well as a well-equipped terrace of 20 m². Parking is available and access by car or boat is very good.

The centre of Mali Lošinj is only around 1,000 metres away, while the nearest beach, with rocky, pebbly and concrete surfaces, is just 300 metres away. Shopping options such as the market are reachable within 200 metres, and there is also a bus stop only 100 metres away. You will find the marina and motorboat rentals approximately 800 metres away. The nearest pharmacy, bank, post office and restaurants are all conveniently located within an 800-metre radius. The nearest airport, in Rijeka, is about 95 kilometres away.

Division
The flat extends over 65 m² and can accommodate up to four people. There is a room with a double bed suitable for two people, and another room with a double bed plus an additional extra bed. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace and are approximately 12 and 14 m² in size, respectively.

Room
The accommodation features a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, as well as crockery and cutlery. The living area also offers a television with satellite channels. A hairdryer is also available.

House rules
The accommodation permits smoking, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Check-in is possible from 14:00, checkout by 10:00. The landlords strictly ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene measures in accordance with local and European regulations.
