The outdoor area is equally impressive and offers a private pool with 42 m2 (12 m x 3.5 m) including a shallow area for children (0.4 m depth), hydromassage function, as well as a fully automatic saltwater electrolysis system. Right next to the pool is a fully equipped summer kitchen (40 m2) with a comfortable dining table, TV, air conditioning, grill (wood and charcoal), kitchen island, and refrigerator. The outdoor area is perfectly designed for relaxation and socializing and includes ten sun loungers around the pool, a lounge area, and an outdoor shower. For wellness lovers, there is a spa area with a Finnish sauna, orbitrack, yoga mat, and dumbbells. Additionally, there is a media room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and PlayStation 4 as well as a family bathroom with shower. The second floor of Villa Diamond offers another fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen with a kitchen island, dining table, as well as an open-plan living area with access to a balcony with breathtaking sea views. On this floor there are two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (12 m2) with king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), TV
Bedroom 2 (10 m2) with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), with bathroom with shower
The first floor also features a fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen, a dining table, an open-plan living area with TV, as well as a balcony with sea view. Here you will find:

On the upper ground floor, which is on the same level as the parking area, you will find a fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen, a dining table, as well as a living room with TV and access to a balcony with views of the sea and the pool. On this floor there is also a family bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as two further bedrooms:
