Treat yourself to our top-equipped, approx. 110m² non-smoking ground floor apartment with its own summer garden for the best weeks of the year!
You can look forward to a very well-equipped, spacious Poggenpohl kitchen with Gaggenau appliances that makes you want to cook!
The approx. The 40m² living and dining area features high-quality solid wood furniture and a beautiful large L-shaped couch made of vegan leather with a matching cigar ottoman. The furniture pieces can be combined to create an additional sleeping area. A beautiful continuous-burning stove by the brand Hark provides cozy comfort and snug warmth.
From the living room, you enter your summer garden, which is available for your exclusive use. The apartment features two tasteful bedrooms with real wood floors. A smaller one is equipped with a modern French bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The spacious master bedroom pampers you with a 200 cm x 200 cm Hülsta designer bed! A very beautiful, modern daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a separate WC complete the living experience.
Upon request, we will provide you with a high chair and a Hauck travel cot free of charge. You can park your car directly on the property.
The village shop is open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and offers milk, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, and some other everyday necessities.
From mid-April to October, our heating operates in summer mode. Firewood for the stove for the initial period after arrival is gladly provided to our guests free of charge throughout the year. The gaps of less than 7 days are of course bookable – please go directly to the occupancy plan if necessary.
We recommend our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

Edersfeld is a tranquil, small village with about 100 inhabitants, nestled among forests, fields, and meadows. Edersfeld lies southwest of Gunzenhausen and south of Lake Altmühl, each about 3 km away as the crow flies. To the east of Edersfeld, the Altmühltal Panorama Trail passes by.
Edersfeld is an ideal starting point for tours to, on, and around the Franconian lakes. In rainy weather, Nuremberg or Ingolstadt Village can also be reached quickly and offer covered variety. You can reach us via the A6 motorway, Schwabach-West exit; from there, simply follow the signs for "Gunzenhausen." Your navigation system recognizes our small hamlet, but we are also happy to send you detailed directions.
