1. Floor, extra entrance, 43 sqm. Non-smokers, SAT-TV, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, 25 sqm living/bedroom, kitchen with dining area, coffee machine, Senseo and dishwasher. Children are welcome! For you there is a "dragon's den" to play in and at least 7 days stay:
1 crate of mineral water, 1 organic fruit basket, 1x feel-good bath for the lady
Bread roll delivery service possible.
The comfortably furnished holiday flat is located on the first floor of our renovated farmhouse, which you can reach via a separate entrance and stairs.
The living area of the light-flooded 25 sqm room with old parquet flooring has a sofa, recliner and satellite TV and is functionally separated from the bedroom
Restful night's sleep in the French designer solid wood bed (cherry tree)
the new kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer combination, sink, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher - so that holidays can also be holidays
for children - and young-at-heart adults - a dragon's cave to play, sleep, retreat, cuddle up, with a 140 cm mattress also wonderfully suitable for sleeping overnight
In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower blind and a washing machine - just wash away the daily routine!

Location and surroundings of object
Your apartment is located in a calm oasis in the ancient village of Aha. Can greet the stork in the rectory, a few cows, chickens and pigs from the area. A playground with sandpit, swings, climbing frame, slide and swing two animals in close proximity. Almost as close is the playground with sandpit and climbing slide. Aha is a small, rural district of Gunzenhausen in the Franconian Lake District. With the wheel you are in a good 5 minutes to the center of Gunzenhausen, walk it takes a little longer (about 20 minutes). A locked for normal road leads to meadows and fields past the town hall and from there continue on foot and cycle path directly to the market or to Altmuehlsee.

Super Urlaub!
Eine tolle, kleine, gemütliche Fereinwohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Super freundliche Vermieter, die viele Extra-Tips parat haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Vicinity of the holiday home: In Aha selber gibt es keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants, dafür aber in Gunzenhausen, ca. 5 km weiter sehr viel.
free time activities: Es gibt viele, verschiedene Möglichkeiten, für Groß und Klein:Sport, Erholung, Kultur
shopping facilities: In Gunzenhausen, zum shoppen allerdingd nicht so viele Geschäfte
