You will have the annex of our house all to yourself, which has its own entrance.
There, on the upper floor, a 66 m², beautifully charming holiday apartment awaits you!
Enjoy the high ceilings, the open layout, and the bright, light-filled atmosphere. Divided into different living areas, you will find a large kitchen-dining-living room as well as a sleeping area with an award-winning designer bed! Our studio is furnished with high-quality bamboo parquet flooring, solid cherry wood furniture, and seating by Brühl. A beautiful, continuously burning wood stove by Hark provides cozy comfort on cool days. A spacious daylight bathroom with bathtub and separate shower completes the unique atmosphere.
In the outdoor area of the studio, a stylish, covered lounge awaits you for your exclusive use. In this oasis of well-being, you can enjoy the peace and let your soul unwind. The lounge is available to our guests depending on the weather from spring until autumn.
We have covered the staircase to the studio with non-slip, soft microfiber mats, which are also suitable for sensitive dog paws.
From mid-April to October, our heating operates in summer mode. We are happy to provide our guests with firewood for the wood-burning stove free of charge all year round for the first days after arrival.
You can park your car directly on the property. The village shop in Edersfeld is open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and offers milk, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, and some other everyday necessities.
Upon request, we are happy to provide a high chair and a Hauck travel cot free of charge.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, and at least 1 day of arrival or departure must fall on a Saturday or Sunday. Short stays from 4 nights are possible for an additional charge. We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

Edersfeld is an ideal starting point for tours to, on, and around the Franconian lakes. In rainy weather, Nuremberg or the Ingolstadt Village can also be reached quickly and offer covered variety.
You can reach us via the A6 motorway, Schwabach-West exit; from there, simply follow the signs to "Gunzenhausen." Your navigation system knows our small hamlet, but we are also happy to send you detailed directions!
