Description

Welcome to the holiday home Auszeit 1 in Bünsdorf – your retreat for relaxing vacation days with up to six people.

On approximately 100 m² of living space, you will find a very comfortable, family-friendly house with a wood-burning stove and outdoor sauna.
The house features a spacious living/dining area, Wi-Fi and TV are of course available. A well-equipped, attractive kitchen adjoins, leaving nothing to be desired: dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
There is also a modern, bright bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Directly next to the parents' bedroom you will find the individual children's/youth room with 4 bunk beds (0.9m x 2m), which of course also offers adults a comfortable place to sleep. Both bedrooms are located in the basement area. Additionally, there is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The house is non-smoking and offers an allergy-friendly environment so you can relax without worries.
Pets are not allowed.

The spacious garden, surrounded by hedges on all sides, invites you to linger while you enjoy the sun on the terrace or end the day at the grill. A private parking space is available for you directly at the house.
The fireplace in the living room ensures cozy evenings, and in the house’s own sauna you can relax wonderfully after an active day.

Families are also considered – a crib and a high chair are available.

For leisure fun, there is the house’s own boat, with which you can explore the Wittensee. The holiday home Auszeit 1 is the perfect choice for anyone seeking nature, comfort, and a stylish getaway by the water.

Location and surroundings of object

Bünsdorf: Perfect starting point for relaxation at Lake Wittensee and excursions in Schleswig-Holstein.

The municipality of Bünsdorf, with around 600 inhabitants, is located between the Kiel Canal and southwest of Lake Wittensee in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park.
With its scenic location, the village offers the right atmosphere to relax in a rural setting. Here you will find cycling and hiking trails amidst expansive nature. The holiday home Auszeit 1 is located in a small holiday home settlement directly on Lake Wittensee, about 1 kilometer outside of Bünsdorf.
Lake Wittensee is popular with sailors, surfers, and anglers, and there is a public bathing area in Bünsdorf with a small sandy beach and sunbathing lawn with play and sports facilities.
Swimming opportunities and a small children's playground are also available directly in the holiday settlement.

Bünsdorf is located approx. 15 minutes by car from the Baltic Sea resort of Eckernförde and also from Rendsburg. You can reach the A7 motorway in a few minutes.
To the North Sea, to Hamburg or to the Danish border it takes about 1 hour.
