Our paradise (as many of our guests say) is located in the center of Hopfen on the hillside, central yet quiet (side street) with the best view of Lake Hopfensee, which you can reach in just a few minutes on foot. Living room and bedroom have access to the terrace (south-facing). There is a large dining area with a cozy corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, toaster, egg cooker, and filter coffee machine. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe. The bright daylight bathroom has a large mirror with cosmetic mirror and a shower and toilet. Additional amenities: SAT-TV, Wi-Fi. The property has a parking space at the house as well as a secure garage for your bicycles.

Merkl Ringweg 20 87629 Füssen - Hopfen am See** **Arrival and Departure at Ferienhaus Waldeck** From May to October, we rent out the apartments from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Departure by 9:00 a.m. Other times by prior arrangement. In the other months – except for Christmas/New Year and Easter holidays – we rent the holiday apartments for a minimum of five nights. We reserve the right to charge a short-stay surcharge. We ask for your understanding Pets are not allowed. All holiday apartments are non-smoking. An ashtray is available for smokers on the terraces. A bicycle box is available. **Booking Conditions** **Conclusion of the Rental Agreement** With the booking or booking request, the guest gives the landlord a binding order to conclude the rental agreement. The rental agreement becomes binding for both parties once the landlord has confirmed the booking to the guest in writing, including the price, arrival, and departure dates. If the guest notices any discrepancies from the booking request, immediate clarification is necessary. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must make a down payment (amount and bank details are stated in the booking confirmation). If this down payment is not received by the payment deadline, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking. The cancellation fees listed below will then apply. **Payment** Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must immediately make a down payment. The remaining amount must be transferred at the latest one week before arrival. **Cancellation** The guest may withdraw from the contract at any time before the rental period begins by submitting a written declaration. The cancellation becomes effective upon receipt of the declaration at our house. The following cancellation fees apply: - Up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 35% of the rental price - 48 to 35 days before the start of the rental: 45% of the rental price - 34 to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - 20 to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - 13 to 0 days, as well as in the case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price **Special Notes** The guest is liable for any damages to the apartment/house and inventory that occur during the rental period, including those caused by third parties. Such damages must be reported immediately. Bringing pets is not permitted.
