Description
The border triangle between Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands has a lot to offer. Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg, Spa, Tongeren and Liège with their historic old towns: here culture becomes big, we recommend the Christmas markets, Formula 1 in Spa, fairs in Maastricht, antique markets.
Our well-maintained holiday bungalow is located in the easternmost part of Belgium in the Herve countryside in the holiday park "Parc des trois frontieres".
The holiday park is nestled in the gentle slopes of the Göhl valley, only a few minutes away from the picturesque village of Gemmenich.
Living space:70sqm, 2 bedrooms, large living-kitchen area, shower room, separate WC, open gallery with further sleeping accommodation, private parking, south and west facing terrace, garden. Direct access to the children's playground. From the garden you can walk through old orchards into the forest with wonderful hiking trails.
Comfortable and rich equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Free internet is available at the reception at the main entrance.
Prices depending on season on request, also longer-term rentals possible.

The cosy holiday home:
Kitchen:
Fridge with freezer compartment, oven/microwave combination, ceramic hob (4-burner) with extractor bonnet, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ample cooking and eating utensils as well as dishwasher, wiping cloths and cleaning products.
Living room:
TV with satellite reception, DVD player, music system, CD player, games.
Bathroom with shower: hairdryer, cleaning products.
Furthermore, washing machine and dryer, clothes horse, steam iron, children's high chair, baby travel cot, garden furniture, fire bowl and barbecue are available in the annex of the house.
Sleeps 5 people, pets are welcome by arrangement.
In consideration of non-smokers, we ask you to refrain from smoking in the house. Free internet access is available at the main entrance at the reception.
From the south terrace you have a unique view over the Göhl valley to the Ardennes. Your children will walk only a few metres from the garden, which borders on a large orchard, to the playground. A fire tub as well as a barbecue offer you further possibilities for leisure activities. For the cold season, the house is completely centrally heated with a modern heating system.
The barrier-free path leads comfortably from the car park to the house and is thus also suitable for guests with walking difficulties or prams.
The Dreiländereck and its surrounding area have much to offer. Almost every region, every one of these three countries and almost every town or city has its very own charm.

Enjoy the gently hilly Herve countryside in the border triangle D/B/NL. Breathtaking nature as well as enchanting old villages are just as inviting for a holiday as the neighbouring cities of Aachen, Cologne, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Liège.

Enjoy your stay.
The cottage is located very quietly in the green, and the facilities are excellent. The service from the owner is top!
There is a pleasant tranquility and the view is beautiful over the rolling hills.

Holidays in Plombières
This was the second time we stayed in the cosy house in Plombières and just like the first time, the welcome by the Abt family was particularly warm. The location right next to large orchards and close to the forest is fantastic, especially for children. Our two discovered the hay bales for the first time this year and climbed them extensively. The surroundings are also very suitable for dogs
The description of the house is exactly as described and leaves nothing to be desired. Absolutely recommendable!

A wonderful holiday
The house was very cosy and clean. We received a very hospitable welcome. The house is very quiet, the beautiful garden offers a lot of privacy. The view is magnificent and the surroundings very beautiful. Hiking, lazing around, city tours, good food.
We had a very good rest and will definitely come back again.

Dear Annette and Mike,
Once again, thank you for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed your home. We made the most of our stay to visit various places (Luxembourg, Sail Amsterdam, Rotterdam port, Outlet Center in Roermond, Three-Country Point in Vaals, Flower Auction in Aalsmeer, Madurodam in The Hague, etc.).
My nieces are now in Germany, one in Munich and the other in Berlin. They also enjoyed their stay in your home.
