Description
We have 5 apartments for 2-5 people, some with sea view, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private parking in front of the house. The beach is about 300 m away.
The old town of Porec is about 3 km away, which you can reach on foot along the promenade in about 30 minutes. From Spadici (about 1 km), a panoramic train runs regularly to the old town until late at night.
There are three apartments on the ground floor and two apartments on the 2nd floor. The apartments are between 34 and 49 m² and are equipped as follows:
#2 on the ground floor with a view of the front yard, up to 4 people.
#1 on the ground floor with garden view, up to 4 people.
#3 on the ground floor with garden view, up to 5 people.
#4 on the 2nd floor with sea view, up to 4 people.
#5 on the 2nd floor with sea view, for 2 people.

Location and surroundings of object
Porec delights with historic alleys, beaches, and diverse gastronomy.
Our house is located in the north of Porec, in the Mali Maj district, in a family-friendly area.
The beach is about 300 m from the house, which you can easily reach on foot or by car. Here you will find many small bays with pebble and rocky beaches. A small kiosk with a boat dock for boat, umbrella, and lounger rentals as well as a playground and sports field complete the leisure offerings. In the immediate vicinity you can also reach the natural beaches.
In this district there are many good restaurants where you can enjoy Istrian raw ham and cheese, fresh fish and seafood, as well as local meat dishes.
It takes about 30 minutes to walk directly along the sea to the center. If you want to shorten the route, you can also treat yourself to a ride on the panoramic train, which runs all day from the center to Pical and back. Pical is about a 10-minute walk from Mali Maj.
Porec offers a variety of activities. You can go on bike tours and long walks, play beach volleyball, mini golf, tennis, table tennis, and much more, or you can take advantage of leisure activities on the water with boat tours, boat rentals, water skiing, jet skiing, pedal boats, and much more.
