Cozy vacation home in Cala Vadella, just minutes from the beach and other nearby spots like Cala Molí and Cala Tarida. This practical house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large fenced plot with an 8x4m swimming pool and sea views. It has automatic gate access and parking space.

The north-facing building stays cool in warm months. The main floor includes a spacious living-dining area, an open kitchen with appliances, and two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The upper floor has two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large terrace with stunning views. Only the upper bedrooms have air conditioning; the lower ones have fans.

Can Jon is an ideal house for one or two families or small groups. The nearest supermarket is just a few meters away on foot. The nearest beach, Cala Vadella, can be reached in 5 minutes by car or by taking a pleasant walk. The path is also very suitable for jogging.

To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
