Though this price was very reasonable, and the view wonderful, there was much that I wish had been more explained. There is no running water, no toilet or shower in the cabin. Somehow the wording perhaps lost out in translation? There were people from the nearby bar having a grand yowling match and coming over to the window. The fridge was heating instead of cooling, so the little place was roasting hot and no screens on windows so opening the one that could open let all the mosquitoes in. I was the meal. I had a 3 day workshop in town and believed the 15 to train comment . But it is a 45 min walk, unless the bus just happens to be around? I saw it once in 4 days. Not a commuter place. Also, the transportation pass does not include Almere Poort, as it is not considered Amsterdam. So, if you plan to stay at the place, go swimming and party at the bar? And have bug spray or your own screens? You will be in heaven. Little bunnies hopping around in the morning and nice breeze in the trees to fall asleep to. You are camping , bring your own sheets and towels as well.
