The apartments are located in a beautiful three-story building with a separate entrance. Wide stairs lead to the two separate apartments, both with rooms overlooking the Campo and with living rooms overlooking the canal. Through the large windows you can see the gondolas passing by.
The building does not have an elevator.

San Marco Balcony: Spacious and elegant apartment, recently renovated.
The apartment is elegantly furnished and divided into two areas. From the entrance you enter the living area where there is the bathroom, a large well-equipped kitchen and a majestic living room with a crystal table, frescoes and a comfortable sofa, all overlooking the canal. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms and a beautiful marble bathroom with bathtub and shower. The two rooms are large, have high ceilings and large windows that lead onto the balcony overlooking the Campo. One room has a very soft double bed, a large wardrobe and a TV, while the second room is adjacent to the first and has a double bed, wardrobe and TV.

Our guests will enjoy additional amenities such as: Free WiFi, Air conditioning and heating, TV and hairdryer.

* Access to the accommodation is via a numeric code that guests will receive only after completing the online registration of their identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax through a payment link that they will receive a few days before their arrival. The code is active from 3pm.
