Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Ca'Savio holiday complex and is an ideal place for a holiday by the sea on the Cavallino coast and a good starting point for boat trips to Venice and the lagoon islands. The heart of the Ca'Savio holiday complex is the large children's pool with its colourful pirate ship and water slide. The spacious bathing area is divided into two sections. Those who want to enjoy some peace and quiet can visit the wellness pools. To make sure you don't get bored on holiday, the resort has an entertainment team for adults and a mini club/entertainment for the little ones. There is also a great playground, mini golf, a wide range of sports facilities, restaurants, an ice cream parlour, bike hire and a supermarket. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. Wifi can be used in the holiday complex for a fee.
The Happy Premium mobile home is modern and brightly furnished. The accommodation offers space for a maximum of 6 people and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, Italian espresso pot, saucepans and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. In some mobile homes, the WC is separate in a small room with a washbasin. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two sun loungers or deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam by the pool. Air conditioning, travel cot, high chair and bed linen are also available for a fee (book at least one week before arrival). You can book breakfast or half board on site if you wish. A car park is included. An electric barbecue is available. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 4h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type. For 2024 WIFI €12/for 20 hours / air conditioning €12 for 20 hours.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 06.07.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is on Wednesday or Saturday. In the period from 20.04.-04.05.2024 and from 18.05.-31.05.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The Ca'Savio holiday complex is located directly by the sea and has an almost 1 km long fine sandy beach. The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. The daily cleaning of the beach and the lifeguard service guarantee pleasant and happy days of swimming by the sea. You can play beach volleyball, hire a pedalo nearby or make yourself comfortable on your own deckchair. If you have forgotten your deckchair or parasol at home, you will find a range of deckchairs and parasols for sale in the holiday village bazaar.
POOL
The Ca' Savio holiday complex offers guests spacious swimming pool facilities for children and adults in 2 different areas of the holiday village. In the swimming pools next to the restaurant, children can play on the pirate ship or on the slides. The second pool is located in the pine forest. This is a great place to relax and be in close contact with nature. Both pools are equipped with a lifeguard service.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The miniclub organises a daily fun and entertainment programme for children aged 5 to 12 under the supervision of trained entertainers. The little guests of Ca'Savio can take part in colouring competitions, play mini-golf and table football, build sandcastles and play in the fresh air on the specially equipped playgrounds. In the evening, children can have fun dancing to the rhythm of the music at the Baby Dance organised by the entertainment team (open-air stage). There is plenty to marvel at during the magical and varied shows organised by the entertainment team. Near the miniclub there is a playground and bouncy castles (for a fee).
LEISURE AND SPORT
A multi-sports court with mini tennis and mini football awaits you. Regular sports tournaments strengthen friendships between holidaymakers. Test your strength at table tennis, beach volleyball or football. Various activities such as yoga, stretching, aquagym, boccia, table tennis and table football tournaments are organised for teenagers (aged 12 and over) and adults. Children in particular also enjoy playing mini golf. There is a well-maintained tennis court and golf course close to the resort. Horse riding is also possible.
SHOPPING
In the supermarket you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, some gluten-free products and other groceries. The resort also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers and souvenirs.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Right on the square you will find a grocery shop, bars for snacks and drinks and a restaurant. There you can enjoy traditional Italian specialities such as pizza and pasta. If you prefer to make use of half board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).

SPECIAL
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The Ca'Savio holiday village is located on the Cavallino-Treporti peninsula, directly on the Adriatic coast and close to the Venice lagoon.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Cavallino Treporti impresses with its fantastic beach, which has been awarded the blue flag for the tenth time in a row. You can also savour Italian delicacies in the various restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. Another highlight is certainly the fact that the food all comes from Cavallino or from the neighbourhood of Cavallino and you always have fresh ingredients on your plate. Explore the fantastic dunes, the various footpaths or the sandy beach on foot or by bike. Cavallino Treporti is also in a flight-free zone, so you will also find plenty of peace and quiet outdoors without the noise of aircraft. From Punta Sabbioni you can see Venice, which is only a short distance from the peninsula. Board a boat in Punta Sabbioni and glide across the sea directly to Venice! Great impressions and wonderful pictures await you! Not far from the Cavallino Treporti peninsula is the art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. Would you like to try your hand at gambling? Then we recommend a visit to the Venice casino. The "Aqualandia" water park, which is much more than a classic water park - it is a real amusement island with 26 attractions in the water, including the longest water slide in the world and above water, including the highest bungee tower in Europe. An amusement park for children and teenagers can be found in "Jesolandia", which is also located in Jesolo. If you prefer something a little more leisurely, head to Sealife, which is also located in Jesolo. If you want to treat yourself to a fresh drink after a long and action-packed day out with your children, there are plenty of nightclubs in Jesolo that will enchant your night. If you are interested in harbours, boats and fishing, Cavallino Treporti is the right place for you! There are several smaller and larger harbours here, which are well equipped and from where you can go on boat trips in all directions. Whether on foot, by bike or on the water, the landscape around the peninsula is beautiful and should definitely be explored. Every Tuesday morning there is a great weekly market in Via Fausta in Cavallino. There you will find everything your heart desires! From food to clothing - you can shop here in a great atmosphere. Italy is known for its good food, in Cavallino Treporti you can enjoy local specialities that come directly from the region! Fish, meat and vegetables are grown and harvested by local farmers and turned into delicious delicacies by the restaurants in the area!
