Welcome to the modern Villa Blue Rose, located just 3.5 km from the charming town of Vodnjan. Vodnjan is known for its cultural sights, cycling paths, olive oil tastings, and summer events. Villa Blue Rose is about 15 km from the impressive Pula Arena, while Rovinj can be reached in around 30 km. Pula Airport is only 16 km away and is easily accessible via the nearby highway. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The outdoor area features a 32 m² saltwater pool surrounded by 6 sun loungers. A spacious terrace on the upper floor offers a beautiful view of the entire outdoor area. In addition, there is an outdoor kitchen with dining area, gas grill, and full equipment at your disposal – ideal for cozy evenings under the open sky. A special highlight is the separate unit by the pool with its own bedroom and bathroom, offering additional comfort and privacy.

Inside, you will find a spacious living area with a large television and satellite channels. The entire villa is air-conditioned, with air conditioning units in all bedrooms as well as in the common areas.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a stove, oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a filter coffee machine are available. The open-plan living and dining area invites you to linger and enjoy social gatherings.

Villa Blue Rose is 3.5 km from Vodnjan and offers a relaxed atmosphere amidst nature, while the coast and numerous excursion destinations are quickly accessible.
The charming town of Vodnjan is only 3.5 km away, while the historic city of Pula with its famous Pula Arena can be reached in about 14 km. The coastal village of Fažana, starting point for Brijuni National Park, is about 10 km away. Well-known places such as Rovinj and Poreč are also ideal for day trips. Restaurants, taverns, and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity, especially in Vodnjan, while larger supermarkets are easily accessible by car.
The coast with beautiful beaches such as Peroj and Bi Village is about 10 to 13 km away and invites you to swim and relax.
Attractions in the area include the Kažun Park as well as the historic Church of St. Blaise, which offer an insight into the cultural tradition of the region. Thanks to its proximity to the E751 motorway (6.5 km) and Pula Airport at a distance of around 17.6 km, arrival is especially convenient.
