This terraced house (6 separate terraced houses are available) is carefully designed to offer a refined and cozy atmosphere, creating the perfect retreat and a relaxing holiday for the whole family. The complex offers a small marina, a supermarket at the entrance of the complex, assigned private parking spaces for each accommodation, a children's playground, a tennis court, and a communal pool that can be used for a fee.
This holiday home SOFIA of approx. 62 sqm is located on the ground floor and consists of a bright, spacious open living area with an integrated fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed as a sleeping option for 2 people as a double bed. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden for after a visit to the beach.
The holiday home accommodates a maximum of 4 adults + 1 child up to 3 years old and is ideal for a family or friends’ holiday. It offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.
