This holiday villetta "ELENA" with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located about 300 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of "Stella Marina" - region "Santa Margherita di Pula" in a quiet area directly by the sea. Fully air-conditioned and recently renovated in various premises. The large garden, the furnished covered terrace and the two heated outdoor showers make it an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea. Ideal for families with children and groups who want to enjoy the sea in a quiet and safe privacy.
The cottage is surrounded on two sides by a large garden which has a veranda - pergola with outdoor dining area - two heated outdoor showers - barbecue area. The ground floor with double access from the courtyard has an air-conditioned living room with dining room for 6 people - separate kitchen with dining table - 1st bathroom with shower/ WC/ bidet and washing machine compartment. Via a staircase, which can be secured by a baby safety gate, you reach the upper floor of the house. Here you will find the 2nd bathroom, also equipped with shower/ WC/ bidet, and the three bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double beds - 1 bedroom with two single beds and small terrace - 1 bedroom with bunk beds. All rooms have a wardrobe and a view of the garden area. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 6 adults + 1 toddler who can sleep in a cot.
Additional equipment: split air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room - LED TV - washing machine - kitchen with dishwasher - microwave - 3-burner cooker with extractor bonnet - plates - glasses and cutlery - toaster - garden furniture - built-in barbecue - two outdoor showers heated - independent access - private parking directly on the property.
The whole property is fenced separately and guarantees an excellent level of privacy. The parking space is uncovered in the courtyard. The cottage has been recently renovated in terms of the kitchen, the two bathrooms, the staircase and the two heated outdoor showers.
On request, a cook will cook Sardinian dishes for you for a very special dinner in the villa - price on request!

The holiday home "ELENA" is located in the residential complex "Stella Marina" directly on the white sandy beach and sea, which consists of mostly private houses and villas. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe: only the owners and guests of the houses located inside are allowed to enter with an electric key with code. The characteristic pine forest of Santa Margherita shades the neighbourhood, making it pleasantly cool even in the hottest part of summer. The scents and greenery of the pine forest make the atmosphere perfect for a holiday of peace and relaxation. The supermarket "La Cantoniera" and the business district of Santa Margherita "La Pineta" are within easy reach. The beach of "Forte Village" is just a short walk away, offering restaurants, bars and of course plenty of water sports.
The capital CAGLIARI with its airport is approx. 44 km away. Journey from OLBIA approx. 3.5 hours and from ALGHERO approx. 2.5 hours.
