Description

A warm welcome to our quiet holiday apartment in Ochtersum near the coast

Our holiday apartment offers 88m² of space for up to four people with a small child in two bedrooms. The apartment is located on the upper floor. Access is via an external metal staircase. The holiday apartment is accessible through this separate entrance via a spacious balcony terrace. From this terrace, the path leads through the summer garden into the apartment. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV (satellite). Of course, there is internet access via free guest Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom with a double bed (2m * 1.8m) and a child's bed (1.4m * 0.7m) is directly adjacent to the living room.
From the living room, a narrow staircase leads to the attic to the second bedroom. Here you will find two separate beds (2m * 0.90m).
The fully equipped kitchen is accessible via the hallway with a wardrobe. In the kitchen you will find a microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle.
From the hallway you can also access the adjoining bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The little guests are also taken care of. A Trip-Trap and a high chair are available. In the garden there is a swing and a sandbox.
A private parking space in a closed carport is at your disposal. Bicycles you bring with you can also be stored there.
Outside, you can start your day carefree with breakfast on the spacious terrace or enjoy a barbecue.

Booking information:
There is an overnight price per night for 2 people of €55 plus a €50 final cleaning fee. Each additional person is charged €10/night. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are included in the rental price.

After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation. A deposit of 30% of the total price is due.
The remaining amount is to be paid in cash on arrival; a receipt will be issued. Card payment is not possible.

For short-term cancellations (less than 7 days), the deposit will be retained, except in cases where proof of inability to travel is provided.

The price refers to one overnight stay.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.

About the surroundings:

Our approx. 90m² holiday apartment is located in Ochtersum, in beautiful East Frisia. Shopping facilities are available in Westerholt (5 km) or Esens (7 km). There you will find everything for daily needs (several grocery stores, drugstore, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, pizzeria, snack bar).
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Ochtersum and is very quiet; surrounded by meadows and fields. The peaceful surroundings can be explored at leisure on various bike paths on foot.
The distance to the coast is only 11 km (Dornumersiel) or 10 km (Bensersiel). The city of Aurich can be reached by car in 25 minutes and, as a district town, offers a variety of shopping opportunities and locations in its pedestrian zone.
