Experience an unforgettable holiday in the holiday home de Fründehuus in Ochtersum. With a living space of 140 square metres, our holiday home offers space for up to 9 guests. It has

The house is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You can park your car conveniently in the garage or in the car park. The garden invites you to relax. The covered terrace offers a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside. Inside, a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen is provided. Televisions are available for entertainment. If required, you are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer.

A cot is available for the youngest guests. You have access to free WLAN throughout the house. A hairdryer is also available.

This holiday home is ideal for long-term rentals and is only suitable for non-smokers. Tradesmen are very welcome.

The pictures show the beautiful location of the house in the middle of a rural area.

The interior is modern and cosy. The living area and bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The sleeping accommodation on the top floor is accessible via the large bedroom.

The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, as are the kitchen and bathrooms.
