The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1900, was renovated in 2025 and is furnished in a rustic style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the garden and its sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. Available for use: terrace and courtyard.

Opatija, 40 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on an open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Centre, 200 metres from the sea. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Children's toys, cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), books, DVDs or music for children, iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception is via cable. The accommodation is allergy-free and has hypoallergenic pillows.

Living room (12 sqm) with 1 additional bed on double pull-out couch, TV, air conditioning, tiled stove and access to the balcony. Bedroom (17 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), 1 single bed and air conditioning. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with insect screens. Kitchen (14 sqm) with air conditioning, dining area (6 seats), gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
