Wir hatten einen sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Rundherum war alles so wie es in der Beschreibung stand, so daß wir den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen konnten.

Angefangen vom Tollen Haus und der liebevollen Einrichtung, den Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, die Nutzung der SUP. Alles war top. Brötchenservice mega. Könnten uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Das Haus liegt nicht mit drin. So hat man etwas mehr Ruhe. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich Wohl.

Wat een fijn huis is dit! Mooi ingericht, fijne sauna. Huis maakt deel uit van een kleinschalig villapark aan de Diemelsee. Keurig schoongemaakt. Van alle denkbare gemakken voorzien. Contact met de eigenaar prima, zowel vóór het verblijf als tijdens het verblijf. Aanbevelenswaardig!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de voorjaarsvakantie. Het huis is in nieuwstaat met moderne inrichting en vloerverwarming. Er is een uitgebreide complete keukeninventaris aanwezig inclusief kruiden. Ook de aanwezigheid van wasmachine en droger hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren. De slaapkamers zijn mooi ingericht en voorzien van inbouwkast en tv (met Netflix). De boxsprings sliepen prima. Bedankt voor de geweldige ervaring, we hebben genoten van de luxe en het comfort!

Beautiful holiday home with everything you need. The house has a staircase to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms, each with a television, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, 1 toilet, 1 sauna, and a large sink with a cabinet. In the basement, there is a large room (living room) with an integrated kitchen and dining area. There is also a room upstairs with a washing machine, dryer, and many other things. So really very well furnished. However, the house is quite far from the center and very high on the lawn hill. Thus, it is not easily accessible for older people and those without a car. In Heringhausen, there is a leisure pool. Local establishments are rare and not always open. Taxis must be ordered in advance. The nearest town is Adorf, 6 km away. There is an Edeka beverage store and an Edeka grocery store as well as a Netto. I would not recommend the accommodation for this group of people without a car.

It is a super beautiful house with great furnishings, a very good sauna, and all the comfort one can imagine. We felt very comfortable there; it is wonderfully quiet and you even have a view of the lake (unfortunately, there was hardly any water in it). A small oversight during the cleaning was immediately resolved the next morning by the very friendly service staff. Direct communication with the landlord was very friendly and pleasant. We can unreservedly recommend the house and would be happy to return.

As mentioned - calm. The sauna is integrated upstairs in the bathroom, we used it often. The beds are good, we could sleep in. There is a coffee machine, Alexa, and much more - it doesn't get boring. Communication with the Aust family - top! We received a quick response. We would love to come back!

Hello, we stayed for 4 days at the accommodation on Sonnenweg, the house is beautiful. We were two people with a small dog, but the house offers space for 4 people or even 5, as there is a couch in the living room that can be converted into a sofa bed. Everything was available in terms of amenities, we lacked nothing. Everything was clean, the sauna was our highlight. Shopping options can be reached by car in 5-8 minutes. Great walking paths nearby. Diemelsee is 5 minutes away. Within walking distance. To experience a bit more, you can reach Willingen in about 20 minutes by car, where you have the opportunity to visit great restaurants and engage in winter sports. The accommodation is absolutely top-notch, everything you need is available. It does come at a price, but a hotel is not cheaper and definitely can't compete... unless you're too lazy for breakfast ;-)

I have rarely experienced a vacation apartment as fully equipped as this one. Not only is everything available, but it is also in impeccable condition (for example, not only are there enough knives of various kinds, they are all sharp as well). The technical equipment with tablet, Alexa, and PlayStation is also unique. We all really liked the location. On the edge of the holiday village, you truly have your peace. That we had to walk uphill didn't bother us; after all, it's the Sauerland :-) Since we had bad luck with the weather, we also used the sauna? simply wonderful. For the glass door to the living room, we would suggest decorating it with the ubiquitous deer motif. This prevents unwanted running ahead ;-) We ate at the Seeblick restaurant twice. Both times everyone was very satisfied. Conclusion: We can fully recommend this holiday home due to its amenities and location, and we will definitely come back again! The house and the furnishings are very beautiful, especially the furnishings seem to have been done with attention to detail. The contact with the hosts was very nice and friendly, and the property management was also quick to respond after they forgot to make our beds. :-)

A very well-equipped holiday home. Technically at the highest level. Very good location, great hiking area at and around the Diemelsee. Since the property is located at the edge of the forest and is the last holiday home in this settlement on a slope, you need some stamina to get things done without a car. But the view from the balcony and terrace is excellent! It was worth it, we were very satisfied.

We were with 4 adults and a toddler for 3 nights at Diemelsee. This holiday home offers a truly all-inclusive package: a beautiful, modern decor and an equipment that leaves hardly anything to be desired (especially in the kitchen). Here, one can stay very comfortably in both good and bad weather. The landlady responds promptly and kindly, everything worked smoothly. We would have liked to stay longer and highly recommend the house; we would love to come back.

There was nothing to complain about, we felt very comfortable and the equipment lacks (almost) nothing, classic games are in the drawers, even PlayStation and iPad etc. everything kids need to keep themselves occupied :-) Also plenty of kitchen utensils available, there is absolutely nothing missing here. The house is very beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. There is really everything you need (coffee machine :)) Only in the village itself, there is not much in spring, unfortunately also little gastronomy. But Willingen is not far away. In summer, the lake is certainly inviting. It was great for a weekend of relaxation.

We spent 5 days in this wonderful house and enjoyed it from the first to the last minute. We rarely found such a fully and lovingly furnished house. It is still quite new, so it is absolutely not worn out or anything like that. For a (wellness) break or as a hiking base, it is perfect for us. We will definitely come back again!

The accommodation is a dream. As soon as you enter, you feel comfortable. Everything is stylishly furnished. It becomes cozy as soon as you enter the living room. The open kitchen and direct access to the terrace enhance the atmosphere. The upper floor equipped with 2 bedrooms and the wonderful sauna makes the vacation even more beautiful. Everything is modern and cozy furnished. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and even a PlayStation with various games are available. Everything is available for the dishes. We really liked the house, the equipment was perfect even though the PlayStation and the search for the air pump for the sub seemed problematic to us. Unfortunately, the weather was not so great, but we were able to go to the lake in the last two days. Conclusion: I can fully recommend the holiday home!
