Villa Pitana is located in Cukrići, a small village near Juršići (1.2 km). The charming coastal town of Fažana is 14 km away, Pula 16.5 km. Pula Airport is 21.5 km away.

This single-story villa is fully air-conditioned and accommodates up to six guests. Outside there is a private pool, a dining table, a barbecue, and parking.

Inside there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet with a washing machine.

The open living and kitchen area offers a view of the pool and direct access to the terrace. The living area is furnished with a sofa and a television. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave.

Guests can visit the nearby beaches of Fažana and Peroj, both of which are 15 km away. Nearby attractions include Morosini-Grimani Castle (8.5 km), a Renaissance castle in the center of Svetvinčenat. The Kažun Park in Vodnjan (8.8 km) offers traditional dry-stone field shelters, typical of the Istrian landscape.

The city center of Pula is 18.5 km away. There, visitors can visit the Arena of Pula (18 km), the Zerostrasse (18.5 km), tunnels from the First World War, and the Castle of Pula (18.6 km), a fortress on a hill overlooking the city.

Other nearby towns are Rovinj (24 km), Medulin (27 km), and Poreč (42 km).

Villa Patana is located in a quiet Istrian setting, surrounded by nature and traditional villages. It offers a relaxing stay away from city noise, yet is well connected to nearby places and sights.

The nearest supermarket (Konzum) is only 700 m away, while further shopping options such as Plodine and Maxi Konzum can be found in Vodnjan, about 9 km from the accommodation. Restaurants such as Konoba Klarići are 3.1 km away, Pizza & BBQ Buffalo is 7.7 km away, and the restaurant Maslina is 9.6 km from the villa.
