"The breakfast was truly excellent and very tasty," there was something for every taste. The staff was extremely friendly and always attentive. I can only recommend trying the homemade cake – simply delicious! Thank you for the great tip! We were in Düsseldorf for a wrestling event, and the location of the hotel was perfect for it. Exploring the city was also easy, everything is quickly accessible. We arrived by car and used the underground garage, which was spacious, and the 18 euros per day are really fair compared to other hotels. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and if we come back to Düsseldorf, we will definitely book this hotel again.

"We had reserved a room without smoke odor," but unfortunately we initially received a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes and seemed a bit worn out. However, the staff was very helpful and quickly offered us a better room, which made the start of our vacation easier. We found the parking fees a bit high, especially since there are also free parking options nearby if one is willing to walk a few minutes. The connection to the S-Bahn was excellent and there were many shopping options nearby.

The pillows were not optimal as they were a bit too hard. Here, something could perhaps be improved. Unfortunately, my room was directly across from a staff room, which meant that I was sometimes woken up early by noise. I only spent one night at the hotel due to a sports event. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there was a kettle with a selection of teas. I found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and left nothing to be desired. In the immediate vicinity, about a 10-minute walk, there are two city train stations from which you can easily reach the arena or the city center.
