Our lovingly furnished villa in Calpe, in the quiet residential area of La Canuta, offers space for up to 5 people and combines Mediterranean charm with privacy and relaxation. The house is located only about 100 meters from a small bathing bay with restaurants – ideal for relaxing days by the sea.

The tastefully furnished 4. 5-room villa features two air-conditioned double bedrooms as well as an additional air-conditioned single bedroom. In addition, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a separate guest WC are at your disposal. The spacious living area with fireplace also invites you to linger on cozy evenings. The open kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and offers everything for a pleasant stay.

The highlight of the accommodation is the large, private outdoor area. On the approximately 1,200 m² property, you will enjoy absolute peace and privacy. The beautiful garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, the private pool (8x4 m) with sun loungers and outdoor shower, as well as a terrace with a fantastic sea view, create a true holiday feeling. A barbecue area with seating invites you to sociable evenings under the open sky.

Of course, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available to you. Whether relaxing hours by the pool, a dinner with sea view, or exploring the dreamlike coastal landscape around Calpe – our villa is the perfect place for a restful holiday on the Costa Blanca.

The villa is located in the quiet residential area of Canuta Baja in Calpe and offers the perfect combination of relaxation and proximity to the center. Only about 100 meters from the house is a small, idyllic bathing bay with a gently sloping sandy beach – ideal for families and relaxing days by the sea.

There is already a restaurant in the immediate vicinity. In addition, two more restaurants are planned at the bathing bay, which are expected to open in 2027. Despite the quiet and private location, you can reach the center of Calpe with its shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, and the popular beach promenade in just a few minutes. The surroundings invite you to take walks along the coast, enjoy leisurely visits to restaurants, or go on excursions into the beautiful landscape of the Costa Blanca.

The villa consists of two separate apartments. Only the ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool and garden area is rented out. So that our guests can enjoy their holiday in complete peace and privacy, the upper apartment remains unoccupied during the rental period. Thus, the pool, the terraces, and the entire garden area are available exclusively to our guests.
