Cozy holiday home near natural beach
A lovingly furnished retreat – perfect for families and couples. Ample parking directly at the house – even for a large camper.

3 minutes’ walk from the natural beach, you can enjoy pure Baltic Sea air: jump into the water in the morning, stroll along the cliffs, or simply let the peace take effect.

Enjoy the impressive starry sky from the beach chair or the crackling fire of the stove. Ideally located between Kiel and the picturesque Eckernförde.

The accommodation
From the outside, the light blue A-frame house radiates lightness and a holiday feeling – almost like a little gem by the sea. Inside, you are welcomed by a warm mix of lots of wood, an open kitchen, and the crackling stove, which forms the heart of cozy hours. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to relaxed baking and cooking – if you don’t feel like it, you can walk to the “Windbar” restaurant/bistro at the Grönwohld campsite (approx. 20 minutes) along the sea or to Mißfeldt’s Inn in the village center, which has a tradition of over 100 years (approx. 15 minutes), and enjoy traditional cuisine at fair prices (the fried potatoes are highly recommended!).

A walk along the beach to Surendorf (approx. 30 minutes) rewarded with a small selection of restaurants (e.g. Blossom Beach).

Everything exudes a cozy, natural atmosphere – a place that immediately gives a sense of security and invites you to arrive.

Thanks to the fiber optic high-speed internet and available desk, it is also wonderfully suitable for workation. Access for guests
The ground floor (bathroom, hallway, open living area with kitchen, dining corner, and sofa bed in front of the fireplace) and the upper floor (2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and another with two single beds) as well as the terrace and the spacious parking area directly at the house (ideal for up to three cars or 1 car and a camper) are available for free use.

From April 1 to October 31, a tourist tax of €2.50 per guest per night is due. Children up to the age of 18 are exempt. Arrival and departure day count together as 1 day.

The A-frame house is located in a very quiet holiday settlement. The beach is just 3 minutes away. The bakery/supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. 20 minutes by car to Kiel and Eckernförde. Various activities in the area complete the offer. Whether hiking, cycling, sailing, surfing, climbing in Germany’s best high ropes course, or relaxing in the sauna at the wave pool in Eckernförde—there is something for every type of holiday.

I simply love hosting guests and giving them a wonderful time. Whether friends and acquaintances or now holiday guests in our beautiful house. It has been in my blood since childhood and is part of my DNA. That's why I chose this accommodation. Whenever we are in the cottage, I notice the peace and quiet that lets me relax. Also that it is really dark at night with few lights in the surroundings The varied coastal landscape with cliffs, dunes, and the natural beach invite you to hike, swim, and explore. Also the excursion possibilities in the surroundings like Eckernförde, the Schlei, or Strande complete the area for me. That makes this accommodation unique. Since I was 3 years old, the house has been in the family. I have collected many beautiful memories here during my childhood and experienced many wonderful days with my family and my daughters. This personal touch is also noticeable in the house.
