We would like to introduce our house Duindoorn 3, a comfortable holiday home located just a few hundred meters from the Banjaard beach.

The house is situated in the cozy holiday park 'Noordzee Residence de Banjaard', where all facilities are available to enjoy a wonderful beach holiday in Zeeland. Facilities such as a mini-supermarket, a snack bar, and activities for the children are available every day.

Step into this family house, which is suitable for four people. Your loyal four-legged friend is always welcome at no extra charge. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the living room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom (2026) with toilet and bath/shower. All bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds. The garden (completely fenced) has a beautiful terrace and a detached garden house. Our Weber charcoal grill is ready for you.
There are sufficient private parking spaces in front of the house.

Use of the Parkbad (due to changed parking regulations) is not included in the rental price. In the surrounding area there are subtropical swimming pools, for which you can purchase a day ticket at the ticket office.

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by email). The cancellation is only valid if you have received a confirmation within the contract period. The following rules apply: Cancellations up to 90 days before arrival: 15% of the total booking amount. Cancellation from 90 days to 28 days before check-in: the tenant owes a deposit of 30%. Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before check-in: the tenant owes 50%. Cancellation from 14 days before arrival up to the arrival date: the tenant owes 100% of the total amount. In case of no-show or early departure: the tenant owes the full rental amount. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded. In the unlikely event that the object reserved by the tenant is or becomes unavailable, the landlord is entitled to provide the tenant with an equivalent or better alternative accommodation, to be determined by the landlord.
