Welcome to Villa Green Escape, a stunning villa with 4 bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation, situated on a spacious 3,000 m2 private property in the peaceful village of Grubine – Ivanbegovina. This charming retreat offers complete privacy for up to 8+2 guests and features a luxurious 58 m2 infinity pool, a media room, and numerous amenities for a carefree family holiday. OUTDOOR AREA
The outdoor area is a true oasis, characterized by a spectacular 58 m² infinity pool. The pool features a shallow area of 5 x 3 m with a depth of 0.5 m, allowing even the youngest family members to play safely. The main area of the pool measures 9.5 m in length and 4.5 m in width with a depth of 1.5 m, providing ample space for relaxation and fun for everyone. Around the pool there is a sun terrace with six comfortable loungers, sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower – the perfect place to relax. Directly next to the pool is a fully equipped summer kitchen with an area of 50 m2. This outdoor cooking area includes a refrigerator, a cooktop, an oven, a microwave, dishes, a sink, and a dining table for 10 people. Additionally, there is a barbecue area with the possibility to grill with wood or charcoal, as well as a separate toilet in the immediate vicinity.
The outdoor area also offers a lawn with a swing and slide for children. Just a few steps lower, there is a covered area with an outdoor table tennis table—ideal for family fun together.
GROUND FLOOR
Upon entering the villa, you will find 250 m² of living space spread over two floors. The ground floor impresses with a spacious, open-plan living area that harmoniously combines a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy lounge with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. Large sliding doors lead you directly to the pool area, allowing for seamless interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces as well as relaxed dining. A separate guest WC completes this area. On the ground floor there are also four tastefully furnished bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (30 m2) features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a private bathroom with shower, as well as amenities such as air conditioning and TV.
Bedroom 2 (23 m2) is equipped with a queen-size bed, a sofa (as an additional sleeping option for one person), a walk-in closet, air conditioning, and TV. Bedroom 3 (17 m2) also offers a queen-size bed as well as air conditioning and TV.
Bedroom 4 (13 m2) is a cozy room with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm).
A spacious family bathroom is also available and is equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet, and bidet.
In total, there are two bathrooms as well as two separate toilets: an en-suite bathroom with shower in bedroom 1, the family bathroom, and additionally two separate WCs for maximum comfort. BASEMENT
The basement is entirely dedicated to entertainment and leisure and features a 30 m² media room. This area is equipped with a sofa that can be converted into a bed, a flat-screen TV, and a PlayStation 5 – guaranteeing top entertainment for everyone. A lovingly designed children's corner with toys ensures that even the youngest guests have their own space to play and feel comfortable. Directly in front of the media room is a covered area with an outdoor table tennis table, providing extra fun and shared activities for the whole family.

The dreamlike beaches of the Makarska Riviera with their crystal-clear water can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. For adventurers, a 30-minute drive leads to Zadvarje and Blato na Cetini, where you can experience exciting rafting on the Cetina. Conveniently, the nearest minimarket is only 500 meters away, while charming restaurants and bars can be found within 2 to 6 km along the picturesque Vrljika River. Golf enthusiasts can reach the golf course in Posušje, Bosnia and Herzegovina, just 18 km away. The lively town of Makarska, with its vibrant atmosphere and beautiful beaches, is 35 minutes (32 km) away, and Split with the historic Diocletian's Palace can be reached in about an hour. The iconic city of Dubrovnik can be reached in a picturesque 2.5-hour drive.
