Het Zeeuws Knopje is located in the quiet Westenschouwen, only 500 meters from the beach, dunes, and the largest forest area in Zeeland. It is an authentic Zeeland house, where the charm of the past is combined with the comfort of today. Here you experience the real Zeeland.
The cozy living room forms the heart of the house, with a comfortable sitting area, a television, and a fireplace – a wonderful place after a day at the beach. Adjacent is the dining area, which leads directly to the covered veranda with lounge area – perfect for long summer evenings.
In the large, sunny garden you can relax in complete peace and privacy. On the property you will find a garden table with chairs, a picnic table, a barbecue, and a large trampoline. Behind the house lies a private patch of forest – a fantastic place to play or to build a treehouse. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a combination microwave. On the ground floor there is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, there is a separate study with a height-adjustable desk and a comfortable office chair.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other two rooms each with two single beds. All bedrooms have their own washbasin – especially practical when staying with several people.
The entire house is equipped with central heating and fast, stable Wi-Fi. You can safely store your bicycles in the garden house. Parking spaces (max. 3 cars) are available on the property. In the immediate vicinity you will find various restaurants and beach pavilions. The supermarket (open during the season) on the street, just 50 meters away, not only offers fresh rolls and coffee, but also rents out (electric) bicycles – ideal for excursions. Within walking distance is the climbing forest, and in the same forest you will find a beautiful mountain bike trail. You can easily reach Burgh-Haamstede and Renesse by bicycle, as well as the Brouwersdam and Zierikzee, which are located a short distance away.
